    Compliance Solutions Advisor (Sales)

    We're looking for motivated sales team members to help us bring Live Compliance to more healthcare practices nationwide. This is a full-cycle sales role — you'll be the first human interaction prospects have with our brand, the voice that walks them through the platform, and the closer who brings them onboard.

    You'll work closely with our leadership team, have direct input on how we go to market, and earn meaningful commission on every deal you close. If you want to work somewhere your effort shows up directly in your paycheck and in your clients' success, this is that role.

    What you'll do

    • Prospect, qualify, and engage healthcare decision-makers — practice owners, office managers, privacy officers, and compliance leads
    • Run discovery calls to understand each prospect's compliance pain points and current state
    • Deliver compelling product demos over Zoom, Google Meet, or in person
    • Manage your own pipeline in our CRM, keeping activities, notes, and deal stages current
    • Follow up consistently and professionally — persistence wins in this space
    • Close deals and hand off new clients to our onboarding team with the context they need to succeed
    • Collaborate with marketing on lead quality, campaign feedback, and messaging refinement
    • Share wins, losses, and market intelligence with the team so we keep getting sharper together

    Who you are

    • 2+ years of B2B sales experience (SaaS, healthcare, financial services, IT services, or similar solution-selling environment)
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
    • Strong verbal and written communication — comfortable on a cold call, on a video demo, and on an email thread
    • Self-starter who thrives with structure and autonomy, not hand-holding
    • Excellent organizational skills and CRM discipline
    • Tech-comfortable — you can navigate SaaS tools, screen-share fluently, and learn new platforms quickly
    • Authorized to work in the United States

    Preferred

    • Prior experience selling to healthcare practices, medical groups, or clinic-level decision-makers
    • Familiarity with HIPAA, compliance, or regulatory software
